Q. How do I change my knight’s name?

   A. Go to Menu-->My knights-->select knight--->Appearance--->Name

Q. I just got a cape! Where do I find it?

   A.   Go to Menu-->My knights-->select knight--->Appearance--->Back

Q. The Epic Boss doesn’t appear when i’m fighting minions in the Dark Prince’s territory?

   A. This is normal. You must fight minions anywhere else on the map to get the weekly epic boss to appear.

Q. I didn’t get my guild war prize?

   A. You must PARTICIPATE in the war, be part of a guild, and REDEEM your rewards to get a prize

Q. I can’t find “x”, material?

   A. Keep defeating the boss at the final stage with your special attack. Some bosses drop the most desirable materials in very small doses.

Q. How do I level up my knights?

   A. Keep advancing to new areas of the map and enhancing your amor!

Q. How do I change our guild master? They have been inactive!!!

   A. Contact customer support and include the following information: Guild name, current guild master and desired guild master’s friend code

Q. How do I “save” my game data or account?

   A. You can “bind your account and recover it if it becomes lost due to a factory reset or new device by doing the following:

1. Launch App

2. Finish Tutorial if not completed

3. Select Menu

4. Select Options

5. Select FAQ

6. Select Bind Account

7. Enter email address in text field then press enter when done

8. Remain on Options/FAQ page

9. Retrieve email from from user's email account Inbox

10. Read the email to locate the code 6 digit code with an hyphen (EX: 0o-oooo)

11. Return to the device

12. Select Bind Account

13. Enter code in text field then press enter when its done

14. Done - Email/Game save "Bind"




Retrieve Account to New Device:



One can transfer their game save account by retrieving the game save through another device by pressing the button "Retrieve Account". This can only be performed once the email and game save account have been bind

7. Enter email address in text field then press enter when done

8. Remain on Options/FAQ page

11. Return to the device

12. Select Retrieve Account

13. Enter code in text field then press enter when its done

14. Done - Email/Game save "Retrieved"



Q. Can I play my account on 2 devices?

   A. No

Q. Can I talk to friends, add friends, or switch my account from apple--->Android or Android--->Apple?

A. No. This violates ToS agreements. This is also similar to adding people or transferring a save game from a playstation to an Xbox. Can’t be done!

Q. I forgot to bind my account. How do I recover my account?
   A. Contact customer support

Q. I didn’t win any epics from the 3x chest! Is my account bugged?

A. No. These armors are meant to be incredibly rare. Also bear in mind that “3x” does not mean “3 out of 10”. We do not grant armors by request regardless of spend of length of time playing the game.
